Made from cold rolled steel. Semi polished. Regular size fits up to a 17 inch neck. Large fits up to a size 17-20 with required padding. Will fit a much smaller neck with the addition of more padding. Also, buckled design fits a wide variety of neck sizes. Click on picture for a larger view.
