We generally make two sizes of spaulders since shoulders are the least size specific part of an armor harness. As a general rule of thumb: Small: 110-180 lbs Regular: Up to 300lbs but if over 6ft up to 350lbs Large: We stopped offerring these as a drop down menu because small guys (my size 6'2'' 260 lbs) were buying large and having to return them. This is really a special size, like our non-gothic larges in elbows and knees, for shorter guys in the 300's or taller guys in the 400lbs range.
