| These kits are my recommendations as starter kits for SCA use. At this price, there will be no substitutions or returns accepted. For more options, you can buy all of these products (and more) from our normal website pages. Each of these products has a multitude of other options available there. This is a special page for people needing a top of the line starter kit, and is heavily influenced by my own personal opinions of what I feel a new person really needs and is strictly limited to those options only. Because of that, we can plan parts out in advance and have a good portion of these kits in ready to assemble fashion, or complete. Mostly, we will use first run merchandise in these kits but we may use slightly imperfect finished metal or leather with slight imperfections. Nothing the average customer would even notice. Because of this, these Kits are offerred at a highly reduced price over buying the same products and options on the website, but they are a great, solid starter kit for SCA use. *Armorer's Note* The kits give you the choice of spaulders. The Butterfly spaulders were designed by us to be the best fighting spaulder available. It cannot be proven to be historically accurate, but it moves around way less while fighting, and has much greater deflection properties, by design. |
