Helms, due to extenuating circumstances, cannot be returned. July 30,2010: Important: Due to the economy, our refund policy has been suspended until further notice. We simply do not have the funds available to refund. Fortunately, this has not been a problem yet, but I realize how I could easily get in a jam and because of that can no longer offer this until further notice.
