Believe it or not, an item can be delivered to you crushed by the shipper or be completely lost, and unless you have purchased shipping insurance you have no recourse against the shipping company nor do we. We do not accept (nor does any company accept) responsibility for items being damaged or lost by a shipper such as the US Post Office.
